Our overfire air systems can deliver incremental NOx reductions of up to 50%, through the implementation of multiple OFA ports using either forced draft fan pressure air or boosted air delivery systems

COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMIC ANALYSIS

RJM has a strong track record of success in using CFD analysis to accurately measure and define the combustion process dynanmic which take place within coal, oil, gas and biomass-fired boilers and furnaces. Once a baseline model has been developed to replicate the existing unit's performance RJM can then modify the model geometry abd process conditions to deliver the new target criteria and required emissions limits. RJM has also developed its own CFD software so that it can carry out combustion modelling with the furnace to the very highest degree of accuracy.

Termorens liquid 100
For removal of lime, magnetite, oxides (corrosion) humus, salt & other contaminations. The product has the same effect as acid washing of stainless steel material. Kills bacteria and Legionella in water systems. The product is used in piping systems, vacuum systems, heat exchangers or dip-tray.
Termorens liquid 101
Is TermoRens liquid 100 diluted with 50% inhibitors Sterilized water. For removal of lime, magnetite, oxides (corrosion), humus, salt and other deposits. MARINE

Electrichlor designs and makes equipment for maritime industries with conformance to ABS, IEEE, NEMA. We have several hypochlorite generators operating in the north Pacific on board Trawlers and Processors that have had great success with our equipment and support. We understand the importance of keeping production equipment running at all times and the luxury of the repairman making an emergency call is not an option. POWER STATIONS

Electrichlor on-site hypochlorite generators provide sodium hypochlorite to control marine growth in industrial cooling water equipment, water/wastewater treatment in water supply systems and for refineries and offshore production platforms in Class 1, Division 1 & 2 hazardous locations. Electrichlor hypochlorite generators are suitable for indoor locations, or outdoors on a concrete foundation with a sunshade On-site hypochlorination has been used effectively for many years in the power industry to control marine growth in the pipework of cooling water systems

SEAWATER SYSTEMS

The generation of sodium hypochlorite (bleach) from on-site hypochlorite generators is the safe alternative to chlorine gas chlorination systems as the chlorine generated in the generator is locked up as sodium hypochlorite at concentrations below the threshold of hazardous materials (1%) mandated by the EPA.
In industrial and off-shore marine seawater cooling water systems, hypochlorite derived from seawater is introduced into the cooling water system to prevent bio-fouling in piping and equipment.
In industrial plants such as power stations, chemical plants and refineries, seawater is usually drawn from a pit or sump through seawater supply pumps located close to a seawater inlet pipe or channel.
The seawater to the hypochlorite generator(s) is piped from the downstream side of the seawater supply pumps to provide the salty water from which the hypochlorite is derived.
